Try going to a local scrap yard/ metal recycle yard or a local HVAC shop you might find one dirt cheap or possibly even free.. If your wanting one that runs on 110/120 find one out of a gas furnace. If we weren't so far apart from each other I'd let you have one of the three I have sitting outside my shop..

Since some of the discussion here has been focused on closed loop systems you could always drop the water temps using some " food safe" glycols which is what most cooling tower and chilled water systems use.
