Ok to start off would like to say thanks for all the help that is on hear at HD . Now that thats out of the way i got a 5 gallon pot still 1" copper out of the top at 13" long that runs down to a 1/2" worm that is about 20' long all has been working very good. Have made 15 r so runs now all good for the most(sipping on some apple pie right now lol) . Put out some high 140 proof twice but for the most part it will start out at 130 r so. I collect in to pint jars most of the time i get around 8-10 pints jars filled up to 400 ml or 12oz from 130 proof and i shut it down when i get under 40 proof . let them air out do my cuts. i have been saving my first 2 pints and last two from day one almost got a little over a gallon of each. What to do with them is what i want to know ,Mix them cut it down throw it in the pot and cook it or add the heads gallon i got to one new wash when i get ready to charge the pot and add the tails gallon to the next new wash after that . What would u do . It is all from a UJSSM mash that is now been used 5 times with only replacing 25% corn each time (it is a real sour mash now) I like a good siper that has taste to it not in to the crap that u can spit fire with .
