Diluting Question
When running numerous spirit runs to gain a higher ABV%, lets say 90%. What purpose does this serve if you are cutting it back to 40%. Why not just shoot for 40% from the start. I realize by redistilling you are getting rid of more water from your product, but then to add it back?
