Just finished my first run of UJSSM in a 15 g brewhaus high capactity rig and it was amazing. I would like a mashed version to add to my table, as I have a beer background and a 30 gal heated, recirculating system mashing grain is not a problem. I distilled some extra unhopped wort from a IPA and while it had a very interesting nose, the taste was just ok, nothing like the UJSSM.
What seems to be the house favorite ratio of corn, barley, and if you prefer rye? Do you get all the fermentables from the mash or add sugar to get the PA your looking for?
