For starters, what are you running through your mega?

High alcohol (20%+), wine wash, grain wash, etc.?

Are you doing a stripping run? I reckon that would be a must with that type of distiller. Has the distiller been modified to a lower power? Near 600W is a bit quick for getting sepatate cuts, I would think.
