Good easy to understand article, keep in mind these only keep the "average" person from finding your location. Anyone with skill will find it easy. I think they're a waste of money. But, if it makes you feel good.......

Let's see, they released 3000 illegal's and the prison system is vastly over crowded. I think they have bigger fish to fry.

Get a VPN tunneler like expat shield. slows ur net connection down though so you'll want a good connection to use it.
