a question about sugar and brown sugar
Hi! iv been wondering for some time now, what would hapend if lets say you were to make a sugar batch so you used lets say 8kg of normal sugar, turboyeast, maybe some apples or something but then you changed it so you used maybe 6-7kg of normal sugar but ehn the last 1-2kg you changed and used brown sugar? what would hapend? would it work just fine and give some interesting taste to it or would it taste like sht or...? im just curius

Turbo's don't go well together with anything but regular granulated sugar. Apples and brown sugar: don't try that.
In general: brown sugar has some hints of molasses left. Some extra nutrients. But really nothing detectable as far as final product is concerned.
