I Know this is here somewhere BUT if yall would tell me , it sure would save me some time <S> how much mash do i make for a 15.5 keg ? and how much does that run make ? thanks so much !!

You have to let a little room incase it foams.
You would be safe with 10 to 13 gal.
And you might get some where be tween 2 to 4 gal. product.

4 gall of product from 13 gall mash?? Your mash will typically produce somewhere between 6% and 16% so work it out from there.

From my "extensive" research, I have learned that if you cook 12 gallons of wash that has approx 10%, you'll get about 5 quarts of pure horse killer. Add 100% water to this and you get about 2 1/2 gallons of drinkable product. IMHO
