Temporary Dunder Storage
I have to halt my brewing for a couple weeks and saved some of my now 3rd generation all Panela dunder in 2 2 quart jars from a stripping run last night. My question is, do I need to be concerned about potential pressure build up and leave the lid on loose or would it be alright to tighten the lid down and try to find room in the fridge? I collected it from the boiler and it sat with no lid to cool to about 120 and then I closed it up last night. I'm not interested in them becoming infected as She Who Must Be Obeyed would throw a fit with the smell...

I put 2 1gal jugs of dunder in my beer refrigerator in the shop 2 monts ago and It still looks /smells good. Gonna just heat it back up to 200deg and toss sugar when I'm ready to restart my UJSSM

Re: Temporary Dunder Storage
I put a 5 gallon bucket of it out in the shed for a couple weeks. Dunder pits are supposed to mold up a little.... just siphon from below the mold... its good for it.
Only way to drink all day... is to start in the morning

Thanks for the responses, but the question was more along the lines of "is it acceptable to leave it in a sealed mason jar for two weeks or not?"
