By far my favorite!
Simply pour 100 proof over fresh strawberries and let sit a week or so.
I personally, then strain into a different jar.
Unbelievably smooth and fresh!

My nephew gave me a store bought version of exactly what you discribe for Christmas and it was great, haven't tried with my own stuff but I will.
Sometimes I wonder why is that Frisbee getting bigger......and then it hits me.
