ok. well I haven't been at this long and everyone I have taught how to distill. just wanted to do it for show in my mind. the guy I sold my old still to is a turd. he doesn't want to go on the computer to try to futher himself or anything. he thinks the feds will show up or something.. I don't know... but now I am bored and have slowly started to build a keg pot still and just want someone to share ideas with. if I talk to anyone that knows I do this then they always look at me like I am speaking in another language or something. it sucks . but if there is anyone else dumb enough to live up here give me a shout..

I'm on the central shoreline CT.
A newbie also, been at for about 6 months.
I run a small 2 gallon still.
I do mostly grain mashes, but I just put together a rum mash for the first time.

nice I am up at the top smack dab in the middle.. how much booze do u get off a 2 gallon still.

Depending on the mash, about a quart of 50 abv that's drinkable.
