http://www.stilldragon.com/adapters-and-couplings.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow.

this is what i need correct?

also if i run this on 120v cuircut this element will be ok right? i know it will be around 1375w

I looked for my supplier on line but I bought the one inch 1/2 coupling you show from Amazon and it works great but my price was about 1/2 what they list it for. If I find the name I will post it for you!

Rager, you didn't say what size your boiler is. If it's more than about 5 gallons, 1375 Watts will take a long time to heat up. My 5 gallon boiler takes just over 1 hour to come to full boil with 1375 Watts.

there is this one...

and this one.. i like it because it has a hex nut . when i drill my whole in the 15 g keg ill drill it small enough so the hex will sit nice during welding

http://www.amazon.com/Parker-Stainless- ... t+coupling" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow

i can turn these pieces down to my liking, im just want to make sure im ordering the right thing the first time. i hate doing things twice.

so i have the right thread pattern i believe ?

Found it! We have a Paramount Supply locally so I bought direct from the store. It was under $3.00

The threads on the element are straight pipe thread. It seals on a seal that is smashed when installed. Normally. They will screw into a NPT tapered pipe thread fitting. And if you wrap it with PTFE tape. It will seal fine.

I would go with the triclamp element guard setup. If at all possible. Suggested already.
