Hobby sized
I've just started building an 8 gallon pot still will have pot thumper and worm barrel. Plan on making 5 gallon mash runs and double running it because it will be small. What do y'all think Im looking for some input here

Yeah that's fine...you have have almost 40% of headspace in your boiler so that's good. A stripping run then a spirit run is common practice.Bigmanley2 wrote:The 5 gallon mash and running it twice prairie piss

You got skills man. I saw your last build you sold and what ever you build will turn out great. I see lots of thought going into what you do in the other build and im sure same thing will prevail here.
