Didn't feel anything at my end.

Forecasting 75 mph winds for us this afternoon. Very unreliable power supply around these parts, especially during storms, so I won't be running anything today.

I'm ok. I'm north of the north island, it was down south. Have got relatives down there, they are ok just a bit shook up, power is back on for the most part and trains are running again.

it's never the magnitude of the earthquake, it's the depth you gotta worry about

when I was in christchurch we had 3.2 earthquakes at 2ks do more damage than 6.0 earthqakes at 10ks

From what I have heard on the news no one died, just abit of damage here and there.

earthquakes are not fun, hope everyone is ok, and not to shook up (no pun intended)
