Did up 15 gallons of cornflakes and running the strip right now. Can't believe the flowery smells, almost lilac. Have never experienced this.
Stripping 12 gallons to go with the remaining 3 of the wash, anxious for the results

Doing my spirit run as we speak, a little disappointed I must say. Likker is devoid of any smell or taste. A neutral pretty much, hearts coming of at 120 proof. Very clean.
