hi temp wisky yeast

im looking for a wiskey yeast that can handle summers down south but all so keep taste ,,i have found many that ferment but taste gets stripped,.... ty for any help

Optimum Ferment Temp.65-70°F for white labs,,,,, i was hopin for something in the high 80s ,, i do not ferment in house and temps are already in low 80s here.. above ground wine cellar is in works but not there yet after done 76 is perfect

WL065 will handle 82F. DADY will handle quite a bit more.

ty woodshed have used wl065 on pot still good chit ,, but looking the best ,, what are stats on the DADY i have not found them on this site as far as temp,fusel oils,esters ect. im not looking no more tonight had job that got me up 2 am est its now 10est and i drove 7.5 hours round trip so im dead to world and ty for info,, goodnight

how about good ole bakers yeast?? Goes well at higher temps than most all others

have not used bakers in about 4 years . im in deep south 2 big probs here temp and humidity 1 gives yeast hell and other breeds bacteria and some of the most rank wild yeast and the most persistent you can find.. from doing this a few years i found,, bakers would work but ,, i have to OD mash with bakers yeast to keep unwanted bs out.
