How is everyone out there doing?
A couple nights ago we had a birch tree fall on our property. Now, before I began this hobby I probably would have thought of this as a nuisance, but upon seeing it, I began to think of possible uses for the wood. Has anyone ever tried using birch wood to flavor a whiskey? Would the wood work? I searched around and did not really find anyone using the birch wood for flavoring, only stating that it was not poisonous, which is half......maybe 3/4 of the battle....
I am open to any information.
