I think I'm just gonna change you all into supermodels and such. It'll make reading and envisioning more fun. Soft sexy female voice talking about handling pipe and tools, running it dirty, plug ip that hole; yup, this place will take on a whole new light when reading now.

Re: How we see fellow Forum members
TB done busted my illusion of what he looks like. Here I'm thinkin' he needed a booster seat to git down the road in a Peterbuilt.
I have no illusions about goose eye. He's either a nuclear physicist, an oceanographer, a high fashion runway model, or a hog farmer. Reading his book would be like listening to Bob Dylan - you read it a dozen times and you get a dozen different perceptions of what it says. He's either the stupidest bodunk or the deepest most profound man (or woman) on earth. He's either who he is or he ain't nobody in particular. Why is he here anyway? He ain't never made no likker and never will, or so I'm tole.

Im fairly certain GooseEye is a high ranking muckity muck in industry, or maybe a millionaire venture capitalist, or some such. And the play on words is all fer fun and games and his amusement.

In theory there's no difference between theory and practice. But in practice there is.

On a similar topic, a bunch of my friends just did a red dress run, strange seeing straight dudes running around in frilly clothes!

Hahahaha oh man. Thanks Tal. Sitting down after work with a shot and a smoke, just took a drag on the smoke as I saw that and ended up in a coughing fit that brought a lung half way up. Good thing it wasn't a sip of my UJ coming out my nose.Tal wrote:Getting the "Goose Eye"...!
Corene: since I'm seeing all the guys as supermodels, I figure I'll make the ladies wrestling icons. I don't see you as stone cold Steve Austin, no hulk hogan, was thinking rick flair, but suddenly I remembered a female wrestler...China. strong yet still attractive. But not a wimpy female girly gurl. Can keep up with the boys but still pull off an elegant evening gown.

The boss walks into the welding shop and finds the welders standing around in one corner.
He asks "what the hell are you'all doing here instead of working"
The biggest, burliest welder says "Corene is in a bad mood and until she has her morning coffee, it's safer over here"
