I'm looking but I'm not finding anything but that could have something to do with trying to make something to drink that actually taste like peach pie I've had few drinks
In October I made a pumpkin pie (seasonal drink) and modified my apple pie recipe. I had to add more sugar as there is less in the pumpkin and also had to do more straining of pulp but it turned out ok (not as good as apple pie). I also used a juicer. I think you can get pretty close with a few modifications.
I tried a can of spiced peaches, (about half a can) and all the juice. Mixed with some 40% UJ and it gelled up on me when I put it in the fridge. The peach flavor came over in it, but it had a hard bite to it that I didn't like. Finally quit on it and went back to my apple pie.

At hellmart they sell a Welches peach blend of juice refrigerated in a paper carton for 1$ like milk, try that I don't have a recipe but made some as a cold cocktail/mixer that was really good and might get ya where you want. Canned fruit especially the syrup and pre spiced aren't fair to your likker. Nuke your likker first to help knock off that bite.

Okay so I posted a elaborate description of my recipe for peach pie but the management rejected it since I didn't post on the new members page. And they emailed me a "copy" of my post with zero words..... So here goes the abbreviated figure it out yourself version.
1 lb frozen peaches
1 half gallon dole peach juice (or welches)
Vanilla
Cinnamon stick
Coriander
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 quart 80% shine (I used sweet feed mash)
Boil the peaches and juice and spices as well as sugar tell you are almost at a reduced consistency like pie filling then mix with your spirits and let sit for as long as you can wait. I left mine in the fridge with a cloth top lid for a month and I love drinking it straight.
Enjoy
