No worries, I wont, she's sweet otherwise, but damn it already.
Jimbo, that sounds like it could be a health problem - bad kidneys or urinary infection. They begin to associate the pain with the litter box and start pissin' in other places. They ain't the sharpest knives in the drawer.

I don't see the need for the cat hatred being displayed by some members here unless it is just to try to get a rise out of people who do like cats. I would like to prevent this subject from taking this thread further off topic and try not to think less of you members who seem to take joy in tormenting or killing something that has done you no harm for no apparent reason. HD is one of my happy places and I would like to keep it that way and I will try to refrain from posting about pets in the future. I hope you other members do the same and hope nobody ever treats any of your beloved pets as you seem to be willing to treat other peoples.

I think the threads officially gone off topic lol. And for the record, would never hurt any animal i don't intend to eat. Just not a cat person. So long as they don't crap in my garden, they are free to roam (unless they get in the yard when the dog is out, she does hate them . . . never used to til she got sprayed by a skunk she thought was a cat). So hope you don't think it's actually a true "hatred" thing. To each their own. Some don't like dog. Chinese restaurants like both.

I hate cats, but no animal ever deserves to be tortured. humans, meh, they should know better and can look out for themselves, but animals, they're off limits. Heck i yell at my kids if they break branches off a tree for no reason or whack a tree with the axe "just because". We're at the top of the food chain so it's our responsibility, blah, blah, blah.

But I still hate cats. :shh:

If you are ever unfortunate enough to see some really terrible shit happen in your life, you will get some perspective about which battles are worth fighting...

An entire war was started in 1858 over someone shooting a pet pig. Stupid!

My dog fuckin loves kittys too. See the avatar. He's been trying to get it on with the cat for years but she's playing hard to get. He recently started wearing them cat ears thinking he's gonna win her over finally. I dunno man. I told him to put it away, she's a different species for Christs sake, but he wont listen to me. Stubborn ass kraut dachshund he is.

EDIT: I was way out of line. I apologize to anyone I offended with my comment here, and fully understand my sarcastic humor often has no place here, especially regarding pets. My drinking and off-topic (off-topic) posting got the better of me.

It won't happen again.

I am with woodshed, I have enjoyed reading many of the quotes here but as of late the language is a bit harsh for an open forum in my opinion.

HoundDog on soldering -

4. Read the sticky on "how to solder". It's simple. Yes you have to use a torch. You don't want to burn your fingers? Well don't touch the hot ass pipe you just watched solder get melted by. Come on there buttercup, you're building a still to make hard liquor. Keep an Aloe Vera plant on hand just in case.

kinda funny... I've been a chef for twenty years and know better.... but I still tried to pick up a pipe I had just soldered. fssssssssssstt :wtf:
