Are these chinese stainless pot stills functional

Hi,
I want to start distilling rum. It isn't very easy for me to get all of the items to make my own still where I live. Has anyone used one of these chinese stainless pot stills? Price seems reasonable. Design seems ok. Made from stainless. Might not be the BEST quality still around but enough to get me going??
