I just completed a run on my CM still. Collected about 4 pints of 180 proof neutral. I was a little worried about leaving 180proof neutral around the house when I have a 7 year old so I diluted it down with distilled water in half to 90 proof. I found a place to let them site for 24 hours open where I don't really need to worry about my daughter getting into them. Will this do any good for the neutral or now that it is diluted, it shouldn't worry about it anymore.
I am very happy with this run as I discarded the first 100ml as foreshots and then about 1 pint as heads and kept 4 pints of 180 proof neutral before the temp rose from 176 degrees to 180 and the proof dropped down to 178 proof and then I shut it down before I got into tails. This was a 5 gallon wash at about 12%.

Re: Letting sit before Diluting / after diluting
I let it sit after diluting to drinking proof just to let the bubbles settle out. I also collect down into tails building up a fiens collection for later running.
