Thanks. Will work on doing some infusions after my main projects are done. Filling up a 50l keg with bourbon, one with white rum, one with dark rum, one with Irish whiskey, maybe one with scotch......then a giant birdwatcher's wash for vodkas, gins and infusions.

Haha. I could do a BW at the same time as my bourbon, just waiting on my 50l kegs to arrive. Running out of glass containers here and I'm not about to store 95% alcohol in a PET container.
