Are you located in Alberta?

Post by Plaincrazy »

So I have had several people contact me with a "what part of Alberta are you from" type of PM.
Looks like many of us are on HD 8)
So I thought we could all chime in and do a head count maybe?

I'll start this meeting..
Hi I'm Plaincrazy and I am an Albertan

It's like an AA meeting (Albertans Anonymous)

I'm Goinbroke2 and I'm not Albertan but I wish I was...or any other place other than this left wing socialist republic they call Nova Scotia....but I'm not bitter.

Wifes from here.....soon as the inlaws drop off....
Numerous 57L kegs, some propane, one 220v electric with stilldragon controller. Keggle for all-Grain, two pot still tops for whisky, a 3" reflux with deflag for vodka. Coming up, a 4" perf plate column. Life is short, make whisky and drag race!

I spent a summer in Cornwallis many moons ago, saw Annapolis Royal to Halifax. Beautiful in that part of N.S.

what kinda ford 4x4 do you drive?

GB, from what i'm told LFWA doesn't get any budget to buy diesel to drive the new tanks they got...so you may be out of luck getting work fixing them... maybe polishing them...

HA! Too true, that's alright, I don't get to work on them anymore now anyway...dang promotions, I haven't had a toolbox in 10-15 years. :esad: Love diagnosing though, boys hate me cause my pet peeve is "parts changers". You want a starter? Prove it's bad, don't just swap in a starter..then an alternator...then a batt...then, oh wait there's a broken wire on the solonoid!

I'd be into doing some tasting trades if anyone was up for it? I'm typically a rum drinker, but I'd try anything once ;)
