Ingredients in blackstrap molasses.

Post by Power_Man »

I search the forum through Google and could not find an answer.

I bought another 10gal ($12.76) of molasses from the feed store. As you can see the ingredients are minimal, but not sure what the "cattle condensed whey soluble" is.
Anyone know?
I've made a few batches and it ferments nicely. Just curios is all.

Edit. Here is picture.

Sounds like CWP - your molasses is meant to be animal feed and contains things thought to be good for the feeding of farm animals.
Here's a link to a .pdf file on the subject:

Time and Oak will sort it out.

Okay. Thanks for info. I read that link.
Looks harmless. If anything might be "some" nutrients in it.
