T-Pee and Holly are discussing her marble collection right now. Great Apple Brandy from T-Pee. Sipped on a little Flatwoods as well.
T-Pee is just what you would expect.

I'm so jealous of everybody. But my sacrifices now have great rewards and I'm sure I'll meet at future get togethers. You enjoy each others company, and stay safe! I'll be in Minneapolis over the weekend for daughters check-up so I'll raise a glass there and toast everybody!

Dinner, simple burgers as we were not expecting anyone tonight but are thrilled with getting to meet T-Pee in this way.
Talked briefly with Jimbo tonight as well. Somewhere in Nebraska I think watchin the hawks win one in the finals. Go hawks!
Bigbob in town as well although we have not hooked up yet. Tomorrow for sure.

And of course tomorrow the BOOZE bro's show up from Chicago.

Monkey house will be pushing the full effect from here on out. Hope I'm ready. As T-Pee said earlier, you asked for it bro.
Guess I did.

Google tells me we're 7 1/2 hours from Woodshedstock and we're still rolling. Prolly stop soon, quarter to one. I think we were juiced from the Hawks win :)

Well, just got home from woodshed1. Day1. What an experience ! I'll try to post pictures but they won't do justice. Tonight T-Pee and I cooked dinner( tri tip ala T-Pee, salad, beans, corn ,grilled onions. Cherry pie for desert. I wish I could tell everybody about the tasting of the samples of shine here, it's incredible! Windys spiced rum is great but so is jimbos gumball. T-Pees Apple brandy is excellent, so jimbos. Just trying to compare all the different types is challenging. And there's more coming!! This is just the first day! I'll try to post pictures tomorrow. This is great!

Booze table ala Woodshed, TP, Bigbob, Windy City, Corene, RandyMarsh, Midwest Shiner, Flatwoods, HDNB, RtallBigR and Jimbo. Some here in body, others in spirit(s). More folks showing up today. Mind boggling where even to start.

Jimbo, that's quite a smorgasbord of booze. I wonder if there's a Guiness record for the gathering of the most different samples of illegal booze in one place. Are there numbers from Jedfest? Wish I could attend one of these things. Maybe I can be there at least in spirit(s) for the next one.

Y'all have a blast and we'll be looking forward to reports on the festivities.

Keep the posts coming, lot of us living vicariously through you guys! Yall might wanna consider adding some structural support to that table... Bigbob, you got a lot of "work" in front of you if you plan on reviewing that whole lot!

I'll be rocking my S3 shirt this weekend wishing I was in Pagosa.

Looks like it'll be a helluva fun weekend over there!

I kinda regret being a dumb youngun at times like this, the US border is 15 minutes from me but I can't cross it... I'd love to be able to taste something from the more experienced guys, & have them try a drop of mine for some honest critique.
Friends & family just say everything is good, even if it was a fail in my opinion. Starting to think free = great in most minds.

That's a beautiful picture Jimbo.

If it's anything like Jedfest, you'll wake up tomorrow and wonder how you could possibly drink that much booze and have no hangover whatsoever.

Here's a pic from Jedfest, it's missing a few bottles because one attendant had already left, I believe.

Hey, all!

Figgered I'd check in.
Great company, good food, more stuff to taste and share honest opinion than is to be believed and we just got started.
The Shed has been marvelous hosts with a "mi casa est su casa" and meaning it. Looking forward to meeting more of the gang in the next couple of days. In the meantime, we're happily holding down the fort and certainly not going without food or drink.
