Alpha Amylase Enzyme

Hi. I'm new here so I've been going through the posts. I saw one, a few years old, about using Alpha-Amylase enzymes to convert your starch faster. Is this something I should look into?

There are a lot of variables on this subject. The answer is yes, and no. It depends on the mash/wash/recipe you are making.

Try searching "SEBstar HTL" and/or "BA100" that's the most common alpha amylase enzymes used here.
