Im looking to make a flavored liqueur to go with my apple pie, made with some dark maple syrup I have. Ive been looking for recipes online and cant seem to find anything. Anyone have any ideas?
I was thinking of using a UJSSM or possibly a neutral add mix to a final abv of 35%, some dark maple syrup, bit of glycerin, possibly some liquid smoke, dont know if it'll need any additional sugar.
