while cooking chicken
chop, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 5 jalapenos
put in a skillet, add a packet of mesquite marinade
with hot water to cover, put a lid on and simmer
dice cooked chicken, add to the pot
eat with tortillas
chicken fajitas
