New from E. Texas
Hey, y'all, I'm David. I'm new to this hobby, but I'm a 60 year old engineer, so I enjoy the technical parts. I have made several runs of apple/sugar washes through my Ebay stainless still with good results. Now I want to learn how to make my second generation still and improve my results.
Re: New from E. Texas
Welcome David. I'm originally from Lindale in East Texas but currently in the North Dallas area. I'm just getting started myself so I doubt I'll be much help but I look forward to seeing what you produce.

Welcome to HD. Go check out the builds.there are plenty to choose from. I would recommend you get a beer keg for a boiler. You won't regret it ever.

Kegs are great way to go... but this site allows up to 25 gallon boilers so if you got the skills and the want to... go fer it ...
