Oak chips, cubes, or or sticks?

Was wondering which is the best to use and if i use wood chips, how many do i put in per gallon?

The two that responded above me have some of the most well documented methods on here. HD Google Oaking and Aging the T-Pee way and also the Nuclear Aging thread. Try them out and figure out which method works best for you!
