Distilled wine, I don't know what to do with it.
I have about 6l of distilled wine @ 140 proof . It's from red wine. it tastes really good. I'm not sure what to do with it. Should I flavour it or oak it,
Has any one done this? Dose any one have any ideas?
I did a search all I kept getting was that the was to many common words.

Put it on oak for a while so you have a cognac like brandy.

Well...it could indeed be a good brandy when put on wood (would be my first choice).
You can also use it to macerate some oranges slices and a little brown sugar, makes a delicious drink when diluted to 80 proof (my second choice).

I'd drink it as-is while making another batch

I would knock it back to 100 proof
then add caramel syrup , 50% sugar , which you reduce on the stove top , till it goes dark brown
not to far or it will taste burnt
add to the brandy till the colour suits you
add some wood chips ( I use Jack Daniels wood chips for smoking meat ) and age to taste
