This is my amerian white oak treated likker the bottle 4 is real Jack Daniels one and 2 were varying roasts/toasted chips, 3 being the latest batch,very happy with the process results,bottle 3 just filtered out @ just under a week old, left the rest in the bowl for further steeping

If you're tasting much above 60% then you're potentially damaging tissues in your mouth.
