chicken casserole
in a medium casserole dish with lid
4 chicken legs
pour over top 1 1/2 cup rice
over that 24 oz chicken noodle soup
over that 2 cups water or c broth
350 degrees coverered 1 1/2 hour
quick and easy

I have a similar recipe with boneless chicken, a bit more seasoning and the rice is on the bottom. Problem with my recipe is the rice doesn't always get done.

thats because its on the bottom. pour rice and liquid over the chicken
thats what grand ma said...she aint lied so far
got a different one.
i big can stew
2 frozen 9'' deep pie crusts
pour can of stew in crust, place other crust on top, pinch edges
350 degree preheated oven till golden brown
