Temperture of the Pot

Have a stainless steel pot/boiler, heated with propane burner to water temperature boiling at 100 degrees

Staring at the flame hitting the bottom of the pot, I got to wondering, what would the temperature of the actual steel bottom of the pot be? fluid inside hitting boiling point
