Ok so a local winery makes a great wine with local berries. They call it Barren Blend, it's a combination of blueberries, partidge berries (lingon berries), and cloud berries. Got me thinking. Planning on trying this panty dropper style, and also macerating some nuetral to charge the thumper with on 3rd pass nuetral run.
Question is, anyone know these berries and recommend some percentages to start out with?
