New distillery looking for a Head Distiller
Located in CT. 1-2 barrels a day capacity. PM me, I will give you contact info. They are looking for someone that can make a mix of spirits. They want someone that will be comfortable with experimentation. As this is the head distiller position you will need to have some experience with TTB rules/regs and all the paperwork.

As a distiller in CT (who has a career and couldn’t take the gig even if he had the TTB part down), I’d love to hear more about this venture.

To clarify - I am only passing along info, this is not my distillery. When I was interviewing Dr. Heist yesterday he said he was helping a distillery in CT to get started. He was going to vet then pass along any names I give him.

Dont know if any members are in CT, but thats a tall order to fill to be honest.
Odds are anyone that steps up will probably not be as qualified as you need and will be winging it.
Good luck! Im sure plenty of guys on here like me would love that job.
