After a decade of work in the middle east, I am back in a country where one doesnt risk 500 lashes for enjoying a good glass of grapejuice at sundown.
Since its now February and very little to harvest for fermentation, I started with maceration.
Limoncello in wodka is my first trial wich I hope to taste end of February.
I plan this year to use whatever grows in my garden (and the neighbours one)

Mainly blackcurrant, redcurrant, rhubarb, quince, apples, pears, meddler, hazel and elderberry. Maybe even mistletoe.
Since pine shoots are expected first (in a few weeks), I hope to make a maceration of these shoots. I love the Hungarian Unicum and that drink has a strong pine taste.
Anyway, hope to continue learning from you guys.
