Hello everyone,

As a lot of folks I've also been lurking here for some time. I live in the Netherlands, and am currently in the proces of getting set for my first run. I'm a chemical engineer by profession, so not completely new to the art of distilling. My first project will be a shot at Odin's rye bread recipe. A friend built me a nice stainless steel still, picture of my still should be attached if everything goes right.
