Temperature Probe for Mr. Distiller

Anyone ever back-fit a Mr. Distiller to add a vapor temperature indication? I've searched all the posts I could find (probably 100's) for anything related to Mr. Distiller and haven't found anything.

Hi there badflash. The Mr Distiller is just a simple air-cooled coil directly above the pot. There's not really any ambient space above the pot and between the condenser to remotely/accurately measure vapor/head temp. And really, its just not necessary on such a simple device - particularly when you don't have any controls over the process. Thats more than likely the reason it's not been done.
