I'd like to ask advise from you. I'd like to buy a still (I used Copperhead for 2 years, but I sold it last year as I moved), now I'd like to buy one again. It was good, had 2 options 2000W and 1000W so I was able to slow down the reaction.

The other option is a Turbo 500 with grainfather copper dome and condenser, I really like the thing its dome is also copper, but I dont like the boiler from its fame:

3rd option - if its compatible (as I dont know the size):
Copperhead boiler + grainfather condenser with copper dome

I have limited funds for it, but I'd like to know your opinion which option would be the best for fruit spirit making.
Thanks and yes I'm a noob, that's why I'd like to ask you
