Copperhead or Grainfather condenser?

Dear All,

I'd like to ask advise from you. I'd like to buy a still (I used Copperhead for 2 years, but I sold it last year as I moved), now I'd like to buy one again. It was good, had 2 options 2000W and 1000W so I was able to slow down the reaction.

The other option is a Turbo 500 with grainfather copper dome and condenser, I really like the thing its dome is also copper, but I dont like the boiler from its fame:

3rd option - if its compatible (as I dont know the size):

That copper alembic dome head is a total rip off .

Far out , for $650 you could buy a keg , gas burner and make a pot still head that would shit all over that thing and that would include buying a mapp gas torch , solder and flux to make the bloody thing . Hell , I bet hou’d still have enough coin left to buy your first few dozen bags of sugar .

I agree Yummy ....commercially made still prices are outrageous for what you get for your money.
