Re: Pickled Eggs
That looks like a tasty recipe Tater. We eat pickled eggs and drink lots of beer when we go out on trail rides. The fellas driving the team keep the egg jars and we ride up and grab a couple eggs when we get a beer refill. You all know the results at the end of the day. Wheew.

Re: Sweet Pickled Eggs
My latest was a pickle of cucumbers, red bell peppers, carrots, jalapenos, and onions in a mildly sweet brine with Winco's pickling spice, white vinegar, and a handful of crushed red peppers. Good stuff.
I'll be damned if I can find a water bath or pressure canned recipe that doesn't come out as mush.

Re: Sweet Pickled Eggs
Anyone ever added a good measure 190 and made "PICKLED" eggs? Never tried it, just think about the "pickle" peach and pears I save from panty dropper.
Really officer I haven't had a drop tonight, just a couple of beeted eggs.
