Belgian Trappist Monastery Beer as Yeast + Ice Still Whisky

I have tried to make alcohol with 7 kilograms of sugar and 19 liters of water , yeasted with one time bread yeast , other time american whisky yeast and freeze distilled liter by liter in large mouth cup. Amazing !

Now I am thinking to add belgian trappist monastery beer as yeast to water sugar mixture , wait one week and freeze distill. Does beer work as my whisky yeast ?

Your 7:19 is way far from my 1:5... so it wasn't fermented to dry. Is this just how it was intended? And is it just what was intended?
