Hello, not a newbie distiller but new here

Hello

I am on the East Coast. I have a 8 gallon Brewhaus and a 15.5 gallon keg getting finished up. I have been silently reading the site for awhile "until my eyes were bleeding then I wiped them out and read some more". I have been distilling almost weekly for a year. I will post a recipe that I hope can make tried and true, but I will do that in a different forum. With that, I hope I can make some decent friends and better whiskey by being a member.

I have the 8-gallon, 2-inch Brewhaus PSII still and just love the damn thing's pot & reflux abilities. I think my days of lifting 15-gallons are left in the 90s, though. You're in with a knowledgeable group of folks here, Bsjapost. There's some crabby members --as any forum-- but hell if they don't know their stuff.

Always like new recipes, so can't wait to see yours. Sounds like you're enjoying the hobby, and I hope you like it here at Home Distiller.
