As the title implies I'm not happy as a person unless I'm learning something, preferably something useful! Over the course of the last few months I have gone from a tiny pressure cooker "proof of concept" still, to a relatively cheap 8 gallon Chinese made still to see what I could do. And I am about to begin work on converting a 1/2 BBL keg into a boiler for my next step in this hobby. Currently debating if I should document the construction, and I'm positive I'll be asking a question or two.
And as my name implies, I may not have the strictest of standards for what I'm willing to throw into a mash.
