I've got some questions about doing a sacrificial run.
I've got a couple of gallons of saved heads that will only be used for cleaning/sanitizing.
Can I dilute this and use it for a sacrificial run?
If so, should I dilute to 10% and run it fast (as in a wash) or 25-30% and run slow (as in low wines)?
Can I then save it and use it again if I ever need to do another sac run?
