I just finished dinner at Maui Brewing, a very large brewery in Kihei, Maui. As I was just about done with my meal and a good porter I noticed behind the bar through the glass window into their bonded area three large stills. I had to ask them about it and the bartender said they are now selling spirits under the name Kupu Spirits. I have not tried any of their spirits so can’t give a report on their quality but I did find a link to the website.
