I am brand new to making what I hope to make… whiskey. I have a 5 gallon still and I am about to start the reading and learning process. If all goes well I would like to make my first batch by Christmas. I have already begun reading some posts regarding starting, safety and so on no am very excited to embark on this journey. Thank you all for the tips and recipes you have posted. I am sure they will come in handy!
