Hello from Canada, I am a new to the hobby, homemade still is 99% complete and I have a sugar wash fermenting for my cleaning run

Reflux but I can run as a pot still as well, I attached a picture

Nice use of the valve. Wonder if a needle valve would give you a finer control . I only run a pot still. So you don't know myself. Looks good man

Update on the still, have done a alcohol cleaning run and the first generation of ujssm. Struggled to get a nice steady output, I made a mistake by listening to George(barley and hops) about using a PID,I have ordered an SCR. Played with reflux condenser on cleaning run and it seemed to work fine
