Hello people!

Post by vecika »

Hello to all of you guys.
I've been a lurker for quite some time, might as well join the community :)

Little info about me, I'm distilling since the age of 10-15, and now nearly 20 years, with a few years of pause.
My family had a plum orchard and we only made "rakija" / plum brandy. Orchard grew old, and my family had some different ideas for the land, we cut it all down and yeah, no more orchard.
But, but..., I bought another piece of land, and in past years I've planted 100 plum trees to continue with my dream. My goal is to hit 250 trees this fall and continue with the tradition.

On my last birthday, I got a small still, it's a Vevor 20l. And my experimenting started. I've done some apple brandy, UJSSM, gin and such, and I'm loving it.

That's a little bit about me :)

hello and welcome. I've had plum trees and boy are they good warm from the sun, picked fresh and the juice just runs down your arm.
